Valet Claims Process
What Is it?
Our Valet Claims Service Program can provide you with a free loaner car
while Dan's Paint & Body arranges an Initial estimate with the
Insurance company. Our Valet Claims Service Program can also supply you
with a discounted rental, in the event you do not have rental car
coverage.
Why do I need a rental now?
Leaving your car at Dan's Paint & Body today will simplify
initiation of the claim process. Instead of having to make an
appointment at a "drive-in" claims center, or meeting with an Insurance
company's field adjuster, you can simply leave your car and we will
oversee the initial vehicle inspection and estimate process.
How does this program work?

submit the form online. After we receive the completed form we will prepare an
Authorization to Repair form for your
signature, and then provide our rental car partner with all of the
necessary information to secure a rental car.

Charge card or deposit
Driver's license
Once you have met these requirements, Dan's Paint & Body will
authorize the payment of up to 3 days of rental car charges (compact car
only).
What do I pay?
The expenses related to the rental you will be responsible for are:
- Taxes
- Fuel
- Insurance (if applicable)
- Any rental charges accrued after the 3-day Valet Claims Service Program has ended.
When do I get my car fixed?
Once Dan's Paint & Body has successfully completed negotiations with the
insurance company, you can proceed In one of two ways:
1. If you have car rental coverage:
With proper authorization, the rental car company will convert the
billing directly to the insurance company, and Dan's Paint & Body will
proceed with repairing your vehicle.
2. If you do not have rental coverage:
Dan's Paint & Body offers a discounted rental rate of $10.99 per day
(compact only), for up to 10 days. All taxes, fuel, and insurance will
be your responsibility. Additional days are $19.99 per day.
